With the Andes Mountains looming majestically in the west and the Amazon sprawled across the rest of the country, Peru’s unique natural landscape is one to behold.
Nehemias Flores is a micro-lot in the country’s North, named after its owner. Producing under the Finca El Morito collection of farms, Nehemia Flores grew up next to coffee plantations. With his brothers, he now leads the company and its farms into its third generation, a legacy stretched over five decades.
In four years, Nehemias has grown his mastery of coffee processes and oversees
production and processing not only at his farm but across the collective as well.
Peru - Nehemiah Flores
Our coffees benefit from resting for a minimum of 2 weeks after roasting. The flavour profile continues to develop, with peak expression usually between the 4th and 5th week.
Roasting Schedule
Orders are consolidated every Thursday and roasted fresh in small batches on Friday.
Orders placed after Thursday may still be fulfilled within the same week, subject to stock availability. Otherwise, they will be included in the following week’s roast.
Shipping
Free shipping on all local orders.
All orders are collected by SPX Express on Saturday.
Delivery is typically attempted between Sunday and Wednesday.
